Two Relay Output Single Channel Loop Detectors Introduction

JUTAI single channel automatic doors and gates loop detector is an intelligent product designed to accommodate numerous applications such as vehicle counting, toll systems, parking lot, traffic control, and traffic analysis. LD-106 can be adjusted intelligently to any environments and virtually eliminating false detection. On the front panel, the frequency can be altered to completely eliminate any crosstalk. In the event of an intermittent failure or automatic recovery of the fault loop, the detector will resume normal operation without the need to manually reset the detector. There are three colors LED status indicators, representing "detection", "power" and "loop failure".

LD-106 has two separate output relays. Output A is presence output which is can be extended for 0, 2, 5, 8, 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds, programmable with external DIP switches. Output B, programmable with external DIP switches, provides presence, pulse on entry, pulse on exit, or failed output. Any vehicle with a speed of no more than 120km/h will be detected. It also consists of 11-pin Amphenol rear connectors.

• Install the detector in a weatherproof housing.
• The detector should be as close to the sensing loop as possible.
• The detector should always be installed away from strong magnetic fields.
• Avoid running high voltage wires near the loop detectors.
• Do not install the detector on vibrating objects.
• When the control box is installed within 10 meters of the loop, normal wires can be used to connect the control box to the loop. More than 10 meters requires the use of a 2 core shielded cable. Do not exceed 30 meters distance between the control box and loop.
