Key Components and Configuration:

  1. Entry Card Dispensers (2 Sets)
    These dispensers are installed at both entry points to automatically issue paper tickets to vehicles entering the parking facility. Each ticket contains a barcode or magnetic stripe for vehicle identification, time tracking, and fee calculation upon exit. These dispensers are triggered by loop detectors, ensuring smooth entry for non-registered vehicles.

  2. Exit Control Panel (1 Set)
    The Exit Control Panel manages the exit gate operations. It processes the vehicle's exit request, validates the ticket or access card, checks for any outstanding payment, and sends a signal to the barrier gate to open. The system ensures that all exit procedures are automated, reducing wait times and improving traffic flow.

  3. Barrier Gates (3 Sets)
    Three barrier gates are installed at the facility: one at each entry point and one at the exit point. These gates are controlled by the Entry and Exit Control Panels. They open or close based on vehicle detection and payment validation, ensuring secure and controlled access to the parking lot.

  4. Short Range Reader for Season Cards (3 Sets)
    These readers are used to authenticate season pass holders. The 13.56 MHz short-range readers are installed at both entry points and the exit point. Season card holders can access the parking lot by simply presenting their RFID cards at the reader, which allows for faster, contactless entry and exit without requiring a ticket.

  5. IP Cameras for Recording (3 Sets)
    IP cameras are installed at the entry, exit, and critical locations within the parking facility for security and monitoring purposes. These cameras record vehicle movements and capture key data for incident verification, helping to improve security and provide real-time surveillance of the parking lot.

  6. Loop Detector for Barrier Gate Safety (3 Pcs)
    Loop detectors are installed at each barrier gate to detect the presence of vehicles. These detectors ensure that the gates do not close on a vehicle, providing safety by preventing the barrier from coming down prematurely or while a vehicle is still present.

  7. Loop Detector for Reader Trigger (3 Pcs)
    These loop detectors are installed near each entry point to trigger the short-range readers for season card authentication. When a vehicle approaches, the loop detectors detect the presence of the vehicle and activate the reader to authenticate the season card holder, ensuring smooth and quick access for regular parkers.

  8. Loop Detector for Dispenser Trigger (2 Pcs)
    These detectors are installed near each entry card dispenser. They detect the presence of a vehicle and signal the dispenser to issue a parking ticket. When a vehicle is detected, the dispenser automatically triggers to provide a ticket for temporary parkers.

  9. Parking Software (1 Set)
    The parking software provides centralized control and monitoring of the entire parking facility. It tracks all vehicle movements, manages payment transactions, monitors real-time parking space availability, and generates reports for administrators. The software also allows for remote configuration, troubleshooting, and system updates.

  10. Charging Computer and Accessories (1 Set)
    The charging computer handles the calculation of parking fees based on the time spent in the facility or the type of access card used. It processes payments at the exit, communicates with the Entry/Exit Control Panels, and manages the interaction between the hardware components, including loop detectors and readers.

  11. Temporary Cards and Season Cards (According to Need)

    • Temporary Cards: Issued to one-time parkers, these cards are provided at the entry point to track parking duration and charge accordingly.
    • Season Cards: RFID cards issued to regular users for automated access. These cards are used for quick entry and exit, typically for employees, residents, or other frequent parkers.

System Workflow:

  1. Vehicle Entry:

    • Temporary Parkers: Upon arrival at one of the entry points, the vehicle triggers the loop detector, which activates the Entry Card Dispenser. The dispenser issues a paper ticket with a barcode or magnetic stripe. The vehicle then proceeds to the parking lot.
    • Season Parkers: When a vehicle with a season card approaches, the loop detector at the entry point triggers the short-range reader. The reader scans the season card, and if it is valid, the barrier gate opens automatically without the need for a paper ticket.
  2. Vehicle Exit:

    • Temporary Parkers: Upon exiting, the vehicle approaches the exit gate. The system reads the paper ticket or season card at the Exit Control Panel. The Charging Computer calculates the parking fee based on the duration of stay, and the vehicle pays either at the exit or using a pre-paid system. Once payment is confirmed, the barrier gate opens.
    • Season Parkers: Vehicles with valid season cards can quickly pass through the exit gate. The short-range reader scans the card, and the system verifies the access. If the parking fee is associated with the season card (if applicable), the Charging Computer processes the payment and opens the barrier gate.
  3. Security and Monitoring:

    • IP Cameras: The IP cameras capture video footage of vehicles entering, exiting, and moving within the parking lot. These cameras provide continuous surveillance, which can be used for security purposes or to resolve disputes regarding vehicle entry or exit.
  4. Safety Features:

    • Loop Detectors for Barrier Gates: The safety loop detectors ensure that no vehicle is trapped by the closing gates. They detect any vehicle still within the range of the barrier, preventing the gate from closing prematurely.
    • Loop Detectors for Reader and Dispenser Trigger: The loop detectors at each entry point activate the appropriate system (either the reader or the ticket dispenser), ensuring that each vehicle is correctly processed as it enters the parking facility.
  5. Fee Calculation and Payment:

    • The Charging Computer calculates the parking fees based on the duration of stay for temporary parkers and may also manage any additional charges for season cardholders who have set parking plans. Payments are processed quickly at the exit using various methods (e.g., credit cards, cash, or mobile payments).
