Case Description

This system is an efficient, hands-free vehicle entry and exit control solution based on UHF technology, designed to provide convenient, secure, and automated vehicle management. It integrates several core hardware components to ensure precise vehicle identification and safety control during entry and exit, making it ideal for applications such as parking lots, access control systems, and highway toll stations.

System Components:

  1. BR-110 Model Barrier Gate (2 units)

    • The BR-110 is a high-performance, reliable automatic barrier gate designed to control vehicle access. The system includes two BR-110 barrier gates, ensuring smooth vehicle passage and can be configured for different entry and exit points.
  2. LD-100 Model Double Channel Loop Detectors (4 units)

    • Two for Barrier Gate Safety: LD-100 loop detectors are installed at the barrier gate entrance to detect the presence of vehicles and ensure the barrier gate closes safely. The double-channel design enhances detection accuracy and response speed.
    • Two for UHF Reader Trigger: Two additional LD-100 loop detectors are used to trigger the UHF reader when a vehicle approaches, activating the long-range UHF reader to automatically detect the vehicle's UHF tag and allow access.
  3. PUHF-9 Model Long Range UHF Readers (2 units)

    • The PUHF-9 is a high-performance long-range UHF reader capable of detecting UHF tags at a distance. Two units are included in the system to automatically identify vehicles equipped with UHF tags, enabling hands-free access. The non-contact technology ensures quick passage with minimal human intervention.
  4. PUHF-L1 Model UHF Stickers (2 units)

    • The PUHF-L1 UHF stickers are high-precision tags that are installed on vehicles for communication with the UHF readers. These tags support long-range recognition, improving the efficiency and accuracy of vehicle identification.
  5. AC-22 Model Two-Door Controller (1 unit)

    • The AC-22 controller is the core of the system, responsible for coordinating and controlling all the hardware devices. It integrates the management of barrier gates, loop detectors, UHF readers, and other devices, ensuring smooth system operation. The controller supports dual-door control, making it suitable for managing multiple entry and exit points.

System Working Principle:

  1. As a vehicle approaches the entry/exit point, the loop detectors (LD-100) sense the presence of the vehicle and send a signal to the UHF reader.
  2. The UHF reader (PUHF-9) then reads the vehicle's UHF sticker (PUHF-L1) to confirm the vehicle’s identity.
  3. If the vehicle is successfully recognized, the controller (AC-22) sends a signal to the barrier gate (BR-110), causing it to open and allow the vehicle to pass.
  4. The system ensures that the barrier gate remains closed when no vehicle is detected, enhancing safety by preventing unauthorized access.

System Advantages:

  • Hands-Free Recognition: Using UHF technology, vehicles can pass through without stopping for manual identification, improving entry/exit efficiency.
  • High Accuracy: The combination of loop detectors and UHF readers ensures precise and reliable vehicle recognition.
  • Automated Control: The integrated controller streamlines the coordination of all devices, reducing the need for manual intervention and simplifying operation.
  • Highly Adaptable: Ideal for various vehicle management scenarios such as parking lots, access control systems, toll stations, etc.

The system is designed to deliver efficient, stable, and secure vehicle management through intelligent hardware configurations and high-performance communication methods, improving user experience and ensuring site safety.
