RVP42-7BW is a single-relay microwave motion sensor with a maximum installation height of 7 meters. This sensor can be considered a simplified version of the RVP42-9BW, aimed at providing customers with vehicle detection only at a lower cost. It can detect either vehicles alone or both pedestrians and vehicles, and is widely used in various industrial door scenarios(High speed door, Cold Storage Door,Roller Shutter, OverheadSectionalDoorSensor etc.).

Additionally, it features forward and backward direction recognition, lateral filtering, sensitivity adjustment, installation height adjustment, and small-range adjustment of relay output time, to adapt to various complex application scenarios. These functions can be adjusted via a mobile app or a remote control. The remote control needs to be purchased separately, and one remote control can control all sensors.

• 1. Detection Modes (Vehicle Only or Detect Both Vehicles and People)

• 3. Direction Recognition (Forward and Reverse Detection)

Function Description: The sensor can recognize the direction of target movement (forward or reverse).
Advantages: Improves detection accuracy and prevents false triggers, especially in scenarios requiring distinction between entry and exit directions.

• 4. Sensitivity Adjustment

Function Description: Users can adjust the sensor's detection sensitivity according to environmental needs.
Advantages:

In high sensitivity mode, it can detect slight movements, suitable for high-security environments.
In low sensitivity mode, it reduces false triggers, suitable for complex environments.

• 5. Adjustable Relay Output Time (0.2-5 Seconds)

Function Description: The relay output time can be adjusted within a range of 0.2 to 5 seconds to control the response time of external devices.
Advantages:Short output time is suitable for fast response scenarios, such as automatic doors.
Long output time is suitable for scenarios requiring continuous triggering, such as alarm systems.

Function Description: The sensor can filter out lateral movement targets and only detect targets moving perpendicular to the sensor.
