Designed for reliable vehicle detection in car park access control systems, this inductive loop vehicle detector provides stable sensing, flexible adjustment, and practical relay control for entrances, exits, barrier gates, ticket dispensers, and license plate recognition systems. Its 16-level sensitivity adjustment allows installers to fine-tune detection performance according to loop size, installation depth, surrounding electromagnetic conditions, and the type of vehicle being detected. Lower settings can help reduce unwanted triggering in electrically noisy environments, while higher sensitivity supports smaller vehicles and motorcycles.
The detector supports a wide loop inductance range of 15–2000 μH, making it compatible with different loop dimensions, shapes, and turn configurations. It can detect motorcycles, passenger cars, vans, trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, and long trailers. Automatic Sensitivity Boost helps maintain reliable presence detection after a vehicle is first detected, which is especially useful for trucks, trailers, and vehicles with high or uneven chassis structures.
For access control integration, the relay outputs support both trigger and vehicle-presence functions. Configurable operating modes include entry pulse, exit pulse, and presence output, allowing the detector to interface with barrier controllers, LPR cameras, ticket or card dispensers, and other parking equipment. The presence function can keep a barrier open while a vehicle remains over the loop, supporting anti-crush protection and safer gate operation.
Four selectable operating frequencies help reduce interference when multiple induction loops are installed close to each other. Adjustable relay release delay settings from 0 to 30 seconds provide additional flexibility for delayed barrier closing, vehicle passage management, and equipment coordination. LED indicators assist with power status, vehicle detection, and loop fault diagnosis, while the reset function simplifies recalibration after parameter changes.
Suitable for parking facilities, residential communities, commercial buildings, industrial sites, and controlled vehicle entrances, this inductive loop vehicle detector provides a practical solution for accurate vehicle triggering, continuous presence monitoring, barrier safety control, and automated parking access operation.

When the control box is installed within 10 metres of the loop, normal wires can be used to connect the control box to the loop. More than 10 metres requires the use of a 2 core shielded cable. Do not exceed 30 metres distance between control box and loop.

The loops are sealed using a “quick-set” black epoxy compound or hot bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface.
