The Dual Channel Vehicle Loop Detector for Accurate Entry Exit Control with 6 Operating Modes is designed for parking facilities and access control projects that require more flexible vehicle detection logic than a conventional single-loop detector. With two sensing channels working through CH1 and CH2, the device can analyze the sequence of loop activation to determine vehicle movement and provide suitable relay responses for different traffic scenarios. Its six selectable operating modes cover directional detection, independent presence monitoring, vehicle entry pulse, and vehicle exit pulse functions, enabling one detector to adapt to parking entrances, exit lanes, barrier gates, sliding gates, toll stations, industrial access points, and vehicle counting systems. Independent channel outputs also make integration easier with parking controllers, gate operators, warning devices, and other traffic automation equipment.

For different road layouts and vehicle types, the detector provides independent 8-level sensitivity adjustment, four selectable frequency settings, and a 20–2000 μH loop inductance range, allowing installers to optimize each channel according to the loop configuration and site conditions. The built-in Automatic Sensitivity Boost (ASB) function improves continuous detection of trucks, trailers, and high-chassis vehicles, while permanent presence and automatic reset settings provide additional flexibility for long-stay or high-traffic applications. CH1 and CH2 LED indicators offer clear visual feedback for vehicle presence and loop faults, and DIP-switch configuration allows operating mode, sensitivity, and frequency to be adjusted quickly during commissioning. Available in LD-200 100–240 VAC and LD-202 12–24 V versions, this dual channel vehicle loop detector delivers a practical and reliable solution for precise entry/exit control and modern parking automation.

• 9. Anti-crosstalk interference.
  • Through the dip Switch, the frequency of the loop detector can be adjusted to prevent crosstalk interference caused by the installation of two loop coils too close.

The LD-200 series detector may be configured for any one of the following modes:

• CH1 Detecting Led:Continuously On: Indicates vehicle detection.
• Blinking Slowly: Indicates loop is short circuit or the number of twists after the loop is not enough.
• Blinking Fast: Indicates loop is open circuit or too many twists after the loop.
• CH2 Detecting Led:Continuously On: Indicates vehicle detection.
• Blinking Slowly: Indicates loop is short circuit or the number of twists after the loop is not enough.
• Blinking Fast: Indicates loop is open circuit or too many twists after the loop.

• Sensitivity and frequency of the loop can be adjusted by 7-way dip switch and 10-way dip switch setting.
• User can select 8 different setting by changing the setting of the dip-switch to different modes as in the dip-switch setting tables below. Dip switch 6, 7 and 8 for CH1 sensitivity selection with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive.
• Dip switch 3, 4 and 5 for CH2 sensitivity selection with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive.

Reset Button: Please note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.

The loops are sealed using a “quick-set” black epoxy compound or hot bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface.
