Microwave Motion Radar Detector for Industrial Door with Two Relay

    RVP42-9ME / RVP42-BW is a high-performance motion radar detector for vehicle detection and human detection, specially developed for industrial doors, garage doors, cold storage doors, road gates, and other industries. It is with dual relays of vehicle-detection and pedestrian-detection, and can also open the corresponding relay output as needed. Meanwhile, RVP42-9ME / RVP42-9BW has a recognition and filtering function for horizontally moving vehicles or pedestrians.

Its installation height is 2-9 meters, the detection range varies according to the installation height, roughly 10 square meters to 50 square meters.
    This radar is suitable for triggering various types of automatic doors above 2 meters, and its built-in dual relays are used to detect cars and people respectively, which gives us three modes to choose, only detect cars, only detect people, or detect people and cars at the same time. It also has orientation recognition, which can recognize forward and backward as well as lateral movement.

• 1. Car Detect Only / People Detect Only

  • Detection Mechanism: The radar distinguishes between pedestrians and vehicles by analyzing characteristics such as speed, frequency, reflective area, and movement patterns.
  • Dual Relays: The radar has two relays that manage pedestrian and vehicle signals separately. Parameters can be set to deactivate one relay, allowing the radar to detect either vehicles only or pedestrians only.

  • Detection Area Limitation: By restricting the detection area, the radar effectively filters out interfering signals from other directions, such as objects moving in neighboring areas.
  • Lateral Movement Exclusion: The radar will not trigger when pedestrians and vehicles move laterally across the door, reducing the chance of false triggering.

  • Movement Detection: Similar to horizontal filtration, the radar can recognize the movement of objects in both forward and backward directions.
  • Adjustable Functions:
    • A: Detects only forward movement.
    • B: Detects only backward movement.
    • C: Detects both forward and backward movement.
